Policy

Student Must Hold A Valid Driver’s License / Learner's Permit. - Peakway Driving School is licensed by the State of North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) - Peakway Driving School will conduct the BTW instruction in a dual controlled automobile, fully insured, covering each student enrolled in the program - Peakway Driving School does not guarantee that students will successfully pass the tests given by the NC Department of Motor Vehicles or the student can secure a license, the school does to exert its best effort in giving the students the best teaching and practices to accomplish these goals. - Peakway Driving School cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unsafe driving conditions due to bad weather, vehicles’ mechanical problems or any other conditions over which it has no control. Peakway Driving School will give as much notice as possible in case of any such delays. - Peakway Driving School is not responsible for any driving hours arranged with the instructor without knowledge of the school and outside the scope of this contract. - There will be a $30.00 charge for not showing up for behind-the-wheel driving instruction without a 24-hour notice - There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. JORDAN DRIVING SCHOOL STUDENTS The Parent Release Form is required for students who have completed their classroom sessions with Jordan Driving School but need to complete their behind-the-wheel training with our driving school. This form permits Jordan Driving School to release the student’s information, allowing us to provide the driving portion of the program. Without the form, we cannot legally conduct behind-the-wheel training. Parents must complete and submit this form before their child can continue the driver’s education process with us.
