Steps for Registration: 1. Check the class status to ensure availability. 2. Select your course. 3. Select your session. 4. Enter your student information. 5. Review and agree to the terms. 6. Make the payment. Registration Policies and Procedures By registering, you agree to the following policies: - This course consists of 30 hours of classroom sessions and 6 hours of Behind the Wheel instruction. -All Class instructions will be held at 426 East Williams St. Apex, NC 27502. - B.T.W instruction will start from the office where classroom instruction is held. - The total course fee of $595.00 is payable in full, we accept cash, check, money order and credit cards. - A $30.00 charge for not showing up for a behind the wheel driving instruction without a 24-hour notice. - A $30.00 charge for all returned checks. - If any session is missed for whatever reason, it must be made up in the next available session. - This School is licensed by the State of North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). fully insured, covering each student enrolled in the program. - Peakway Driving School will conduct the BTW instruction in a dual controlled vehicle, - Peakway Driving School doesn’t guarantee that students will successfully pass the tests given by the NC Department of Motor Vehicles or the student can secure a license, the school does to exert its best effort in giving the students the best teaching and practices to accomplish these goals. - Peakway Driving School cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unsafe driving conditions due to bad weather, vehicles’ mechanical problems or any other conditions over which it has no control. Peakway Driving School will give as much notice as possible in case of any such delays. REFUND POLICY If a student is unable to begin the course, for any reason, they will be refunded all monies (Credit cards fees will be deducted) with at least 72 hours’ notice before class is started. No refund is issued if the actual service has started. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
