Level 2 Driver's License Road Test

Policy

Please review the rules and regulations below before signing. - This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the school and the test taker, and any verbal assurances or promises not contained herein shall bind neither the school nor the student. - This commercial driver training school is licensed to conduct road tests by the State of North Carolina, Division of Motor Vehicles. - The fees agreed upon for each Road test session are: 1- $ 85.00 2- $100.00 (Using the driving school’s vehicle for the test) - Under this agreement, a commercial driver training school may not provide road tests to more than one customer at a time. - The test taker must: a- Be at Least 16 years old and Under 18 on the Day of the Road Test. b- a valid Level 1 North Carolina limited learner’s permit in their actual possession and must have held it for at least 9 months. - This contract is valid for one road test. Any subsequent road tests will require a separate contract under the same terms. - Any unsuccessful test taker must wait a minimum of 48 hours before retaking the test. - The Fee to Retake the Test is $45.00 - This Test starts and ends at the driving school’s Address. (426 E. Williams St. APEX, NC 27502). - The school will not refund any testing fees when such Service has been rendered, regardless of the testing outcome. - The school will not refund any testing fees without at least 48 hours' advance notice of cancellation of the test. - All passing road test results are valid for 180 days from the date the test is given. - All Refund Requests must be in Writing. - If You Chose to Use Your Own Vehicle for the Road Test, The Vehicle Must Have a Valid Registration and Currently insured on the Day of the Test. - Peakway Driving School is not Responsible for any Damage Caused by the Student During the Test.
